Hypernative. Opening the right conversations.
I ran the BD execution for Hypernative through MOIC, from prospect research and outreach to qualification and meeting booking.

I ran the BD execution for Hypernative through MOIC, from prospect research and outreach to qualification and meeting booking.

Which of the thousands of leads in our CRM needed us today? That question became Lugue.
How it started
I joined to build the community. A year later, I moved into BD. As I took on more of the operation, I became COO.
The longer versionA real exchange from the work. The opening wasn’t a longer pitch. It was understanding what the prospect already had—and where the conversation could go next.
Inside the full caseThe first filter: a company with an on-chain offering or exposure to funds. Then, find the person responsible for that risk.
Account research before outreach. That tells me who owns the problem. The next question is whether the team also covers what happens after deployment, outside the code.
Translated, anonymized exchange. Two days later, the prospect came back asking for availability. The conversation had reached the person who could assess the fit.
An introduction opportunity, not a closed sale.
I tend to get deep into the things that catch my attention. At Paçoca, that meant learning the product well enough to support its users, negotiate integrations and eventually oversee the operation.
At MOIC, I lead partnerships and have recently started closing alongside the CEO. I’m experienced in creating opportunities and still developing as a closer.
Outside work, I collect Pokémon cards. I’m into cars, watches and the mechanisms behind them.
